What participants can learn
Participants will gain hands-on experience in areas such as:
-
event photography
-
video production and editing
-
live streaming and broadcasting
-
presenting and interviewing
-
basic event production and technical support
The focus of the project is learning by doing while preparing for real SECOND WIND events.
Practical experience at SECOND WIND
After the preparation phase, participants will have the opportunity to contribute to SECOND WIND events as part of the Roergames Media Crew.
Their roles may include:
-
photographers and video operators
-
live stream assistants
-
event reporters or presenters
-
members of the technical support team
This allows young participants to experience how a real sports event is organized and covered by media teams.
Participation
The program is open to young people interested in media, technology, storytelling, and sports events.
Participation of minors is possible with the permission of parents or guardians.
The initiative is based on voluntary participation and aims to help young people develop skills, confidence, and practical experience.
Youth Media Lab
As part of the Roergames Media Crew, participants can join the Youth Media Lab — a learning environment where young people explore photography, video production, live streaming, and event media.
Participants gain practical experience while preparing media coverage for SECOND WIND events.
The lab encourages creativity, teamwork, and technical skills while giving young people the opportunity to contribute to a real community event.
Future vision
Over time, Roergames Media Crew may grow into a permanent youth media team supporting sports events and other projects of the foundation.
