Engineer, analyst, and sailing coach focused on developing projects that bring young people together through sport, culture, and education.
A person who turns experience into action.
Born in Ukraine, I have been involved in sports since childhood, particularly sailing. My father is a USSR champion in this sport, and I competed in the Tornado multihull, cruiser yachts, and the Star class, winning both international and local competitions. I also have experience as a sailing trainer, as well as a theorist and practitioner of the sport.
Between 2015 and 2017, together with my schoolmate – the founder of the IT company Wise Digital – I created and led the Wise Digital Sailing Team project (Photo Gallery), a community where anyone could find their place in sailing.

After graduating from university, I began my career as an engineer, earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering, and taught first- to third-year students at NTU “KhPI.” This experience strengthened my leadership abilities and my capacity to organize and lead effective teamwork.
At the same time, I developed my skills as a web developer and later transitioned into business analysis and project management roles in international companies, collaborating with teams around the world.
In 2019, I launched the “El-Uno” startup focused on RFID solutions for retail and had the opportunity to learn from an international community of mentors and entrepreneurs. This experience brought new personal challenges and growth, significantly strengthening my project management and business analysis skills. Since then, continuous self-development has become my credo and part of my daily routine.

I currently live and work in Limburg and am actively involved in community and non-profit activities. As the founder and chairman of Roergames Stichting, I focus on developing community projects in Roermond that bring young people together through sport, culture, and education (see Our Projects).

I believe that freedom, equality, and human dignity are universal values that should guide both our actions and the societies we build. These principles inspire my work, the projects I support, and the future we strive to create together.
